About PEPO Paradise
PEPO Paradise, also known as Pet Pocket Paradise, is a cross-chain Petaverse with a unique “FEED-TO-EARN” mechanic on Avalanche. Pets (PEPOs) live on the blockchain and can be bred and owned by anyone.
These pets occasionally drop Tokens and various kinds of NFT rewards for their owners to earn and trade on the platform marketplace.
The PEPO Standard
PEPOs are a new type of virtual pet that uses blockchain technology to ensure ownership and to create unique genetic codes for each pet. They are under the ERC-721 standard, so players have actual ownership over them.
The genetic codes on their attributes affect their performance in future minigames, events, and rewards. This allows players to have a truly unique experience with their pet and opens up new possibilities for gameplay and rewards.
Goal of PEPO Paradise
The goal of PEPO Paradise is to create the most prominent platform for NFT based interactive pets. They will actively collaborate and incubate other fun projects to bring PEPO onto other metaverses and vice versa.
NFT holders can deploy their assets onto a virtual island in the game PEPO Paradise. This allows them to connect their wallet to the game and select which NFT they would like to use as their PEPO.
With their cross-chain technology, NFT IP partners from different chains will be able to integrate with PEPO paradise and register their NFTs to become one of the PEPOs.
The FEED-TO-EARN Concept
Taking care of your PEPOs and keeping them in good condition builds a bond between the owner and the PEPO over time. PEPOs can drop token rewards, blueprints for crafting, and eggs depending on the bonding score.
PEPOs with high bonding scores may even drop exclusive NFTs items in the ecosystem!
Regularly feeding and caring for a PEPO will keep it in good condition, as well as increase the bonding score. Over time, you can also earn PEPO-Coins dropped by your PEPOs. PEPOs may also lay eggs, which can be hatched for new PEPOs or traded in the market.
How To Get PEPOs
PEPOs can only be hatched from eggs, obtained through the marketplace, limited presales, or converted from NFTs of their partners. The supply of eggs decreases over time according to current demand in order to maintain the value of PEPOs.
The first PEPOs to be hatched will be those obtained through Cheeks by PEPO, and those players with Cheeks will be able to participate in the closed Beta-launch.
