About Gas Hero
Fast forward to 2082 in a post-apocalyptic world. Deep beneath the surface, a hidden lab containing a network of cloning machines awakens. Following a long-dormant protocol, the machines whir to life, creating the “Gas Heroes.” This name honors the natural gas that sustains these underground sanctuaries. Venturing out into a strange and dangerous world, humanity starts anew. Reclaimed cities, once lost, transform into beacons of hope, marking the rekindling of civilization.
Game Mechanics
Players take control of an automated combat system as they enter a strategic battleground. The goal of the game is to assemble a team of six distinct heroes, each with special abilities and characteristics needed to formulate a winning plan. This strategy revolves around the unique 'Action' and 'Rage' bars for every hero, which impact attack timings and skill activations according to hero actions and damage sustained, hence enhancing gameplay depth.
The game's skill system heavily relies on the primary traits of the heroes, which include Attack, Defense, HP, MP, and Speed. These abilities, which can include defensive buffs and damage enhancement, may use MP, thus using them in battle requires careful consideration. This mechanism is essential for heroes to play either an aggressive or defensive role in combat.
The Hero Equipment system, which allows heroes to be equipped with a wide range of weapons and pets, each adding special qualities and abilities, improves gameplay. This makes it possible to greatly customize heroes to suit particular combat roles or to complement the player’s overall strategy. The gear a hero chooses has a big impact on how well they function in combat.

TANK BUILD
The tank build focuses on taking damage and keeping the attention of enemies away from the other group members, they often give high armor or defensive abilities to withstand attacks.
The default skills of Tank Build in Gas Hero are as follows:

Hero’s Defense increased by 20%.

For each ally of the same faction present, self-HP increases by 2.5%.

Holding a Sword increases the weapon attribute percentage by 15%.

Each time damage is received, there’s a 30% chance to recover 35% of Defense as HP, consuming 6 MP.

DAMAGE BUILD
Damage dealers are crucial as they contribute significantly to defeating the enemies and completing the quest or winning the battle. They come in various forms, such as range, melee, or spellcasters, each with unique play styles and abilities to deal damage effectively.
The default skills of Damage build in Gas Hero are as follows:

After every 2nd normal attack, deal 175% of attack damage to a single enemy, consuming 15 MP.

For each ally of the same faction present, self-attack increases by 2.5%.

Holding an Axe increases weapon attribute percentage by 15%.

Increase damage dealt by skills by 40%.

Holding a flight-type pet (Dragon) increases pet attribute percentage by 15%.

Upon the skill target’s death, increase your Attack by 10%, stackable up to 5 times.

Before each action, self-attack increases by 7.5%, stackable up to 5 times.
SUPPORT BUILD
The support role can encompass various abilities, including providing buff to the team, debuffing the enemies, aiding the crowd control, and enhancing the overall performance of the group. They can often focus on assisting the team rather than dealing direct damage. The default skills of Support build in Gas Hero are as follows:

After every 2nd normal attack, heal the lowest health ally for 123% of attack power, consuming 15 MP.

For each ally of the same faction present, self-speed increases by 2.5%.

Holding a Staff increases weapon attribute percentage by 15%.

Increase the healing effect of skills by 50%.

Holding a plant-type pet (Treant) increases the pet attribute percentage by 15%.

Increase the Defense of the skill target by 15%, lasting 10 seconds.

At the start, there’s a 50% chance to disarm 2 random enemies for 8 seconds.
EQUIPMENT
Each hero is equipped with a featured weapon. There are eight types of weapons, each with different standards of attack, there are also five variations of weapons with different rarity.
Every weapon type has a set of randomly generated attributes in addition to two established attribute kinds. Rarer weapons will only have two of the same type of characteristic; otherwise, they may have more random traits.
A hero will do 60% less damage if they are unarmed. The damage produced by a hero equipped with a weapon of lesser rarity will nevertheless be less than that of someone equipped with a weapon of the same rarity.
PETS
There are four different kinds of pets in Gas Hero: dragon, Treant, hermit crab, and panda. There are five evolution tiers for each sort of pet and five rarities for each tier. A hero will take 100% more damage if they are without a pet.
Even if the hero wears a pet of lesser rarity, the damage they sustain will still be more than if they equip a pet of the same rarity. Pets offer qualities and unique roles and qualities are fixed, in contrast to equipment. The speed of combat is significantly affected by special functions. Some of the special functions of each pet include:

World Map
There are 175 cities on the map of the game, and each city has two districts. District counts increase in tandem with population growth. There are nine guilds in each district and nine clans inside each guild.
Players can earn Power Can in certain parts of the game, such as Power Can Mine. Players can find pet fragments at the Zoo, and weapon fragments can be found at Battlefield Sites.
Heroes potions may be obtained at the AI Factory and pet evolution can be obtained from the Living Area.

- Upon registration and entering the game, you will receive 4 free heroes to help you break through the AI blockade tutorial and ultimately reach the surface and play the game. Each free hero is equipped with one weapon and a pet. These heroes have limited lifespans so be careful when equipping them with high-value weapons and equipment.
Heroes, weapons, pets, fragments, and power or energy can be purchased or traded through Mooar NFT Marketplace by using GMT Token as payment. Players can connect their existing wallets such as Metamask, Phantom, Coinbase, and OKX among others. Trading can be done in the District or Guild Auction Houses and bid for items using GMT
Tokenomics
Gas Hero will not issue new tokens as its currency, however, some of the gameplay will require GMT tokens under Polygon Chain. Like other popular crypto games, Gas Hero adopted a non-custodial wallet approach, giving players more control over their in-game assets.
The players will be responsible for keeping their digital keys secure. This approach gives players more control but also requires taking responsibility for safeguarding your items.
